Private club
The club came first
Before Noviciado was a tech hub it was a private members club, and it still is one — the same building, the same bar, most evenings of the week. The two sides share a roof and a name, and they are run as one place.
Memberships, club rules and everything to do with day-to-day membership live on the club site. Nothing about them changed when the hub opened.
